This grant-funded program offered by Riverside County helps connect employees with employer partners that are hiring and reimburse 50% of their wages for the first few months. In order to become a partner with this Subsidized Employment Program, the following eligibility criteria must be met by the business:
- Position offered must be permanent or temp-to-hire
- Must provide a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Business must have an Acord Certificate of Liability Insurance with policy minimums
