Raising Cane’s is Now Open and Serving Its ONE LOVE® to ‘Caniacs’ in Corona
Popular chicken finger brand known for unrelenting focus on Crew, Culture and quality chicken finger meals is now open to safely serve Customers through take-out, drive-thru and patio dining

CORONA, Calif. (Sept. 22, 2020) – Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, one of America’s most popular quick-service brands known for its ONE LOVE® – quality chicken finger meals – made its Corona debut today at 1215 E. Ontario Ave.

Corona’s new Raising Cane’s offers take-out, drive-thru service and dining on its patio. It is now open Sunday through Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m., and Thursday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. – making it the perfect destination for lunch, dinner and late-night snacking.

“We are thrilled to bring Raising Cane’s to the Circle City,” said Corona Area Leader of Restaurants Lisa Toth. “It is thanks to Raising Cane’s loyal ‘Caniacs’ and our unrelenting focus on doing what’s right for our Crew, Customers and Community, that we are able to open a new Restaurant during these unprecedented times. We are grateful for our 100 new local Crewmembers who will join us in becoming an integral part of this incredible Community.”

Raising Cane’s Restaurants operate with the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness and health. As part of this commitment, due to COVID-19, the dining room will remain closed until it is safe to re-open for Crew and Customers. Along with wearing masks and gloves, Crewmembers are following proper social distancing guidelines and continuously sanitizing surfaces throughout the Restaurant. “Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our Crew and Customers,” Toth said. “We will continue to operate with an abundance of safety and caution to provide a safe environment for everyone looking to get their favorite chicken finger fix.”

Raising Cane’s is still seeking additional Crewmembers for multiple positions at the new Corona Restaurant. Interested candidates should apply at WorkAtCanes.com.

Raising Cane’s Founder & Co-CEO Todd Graves and Co-CEO & COO AJ Kumaran have maintained their commitment to “NO CREW LEFT BEHIND™,” ensuring that all new and existing Crewmembers continue to be employed during this time by avoiding furloughing or laying off Crew. Only a small number of Restaurants have closed due to locations without drive-thru windows. All impacted Crewmembers have been redeployed to nearby Restaurants or, in some cases, have been paid to sew masks that have been donated to local hospitals.

The new Corona Restaurant marks the 34th Raising Cane’s in California and 519th systemwide. Raising Cane’s is not letting the current crisis get in the way of its vision to grow Restaurants all over the world. So far this year, Raising Cane’s has safely opened more than 30 new Restaurants with over 20 more openings slated for the remainder of 2020 – two of which are located in California.
