Kristina’s primary focus as a CEO is to care for individuals and companies so they can live a fulfilled life. She helps organizations and people excel in their personal and business lives through proper maintenance of their rest and work.
She has helped several people, and many organizations thrive. Kristina is the CEO in a business called GONATELLE, Inc.-DBA: Olney Travel. Kristina lives in the Southern California area and utilizes her time with her husband and children while doing volunteer work.

Greg Olney is a business and management professional with 45 years in leadership of Finance, Operations, Client Service, Project Management, and IT with companies ranging from multi-million dollars to multi-billion dollars. Greg’s primary focus as a CFO is the construction industry where he has specific expertise in job costing. He helps organizations stay compliant and builds high performance teams while greatly exceeding margin expectations.
He has authored multiple books centered around change management training - The Transition Game, Commitment to Change, Why Change Fails, The Restoration Process, along with his most recent book, The Great Distraction – to help individuals and businesses thrive. Greg is a key player in a business called GONATELLE, headed by Kristina Olney as the CEO.
