About Us
Come and enjoy the best breakfast in town at Cowboy Surfer Grill! We are a family-owned and family-friendly restaurant. Our history dates back to the early 2000s, when the first owner and surfing aficionado, Jim Bolin built his dream, and The Cowboy Surfer Grill was born!
Over the years, the reins of ownership have gone from Jim to several enthusiastic family members. Steve, Jim’s youngest son, is currently at the helm with his wife Kathy. Steve looks forward to leading the Cowboy Surfer into its next chapter with the help of his family — including son/chef David, who himself was born on a beach and raised in the wilds of Wyoming.
