Doug and Jeanette Johnson have owned Cal-Draulics since 1992 and love coming to work every day. Manufacture, assemble and test is the Cal-Draulics way as every assembly that leaves Cal-Draulics has been 100% tested. In pursuit of remaining competitive and cutting-edge, Cal-Draulics has added new machines and introduced robotics in recent months, improving efficiency and automation, while simultaneously welcoming new employees and their fresh ideas. Cal-Draulics proudly navigated the pandemic without any layoffs and continues to work closely with a few of the local schools like Norco College’s Apprenticeship Program and the Corona High School Stem Academy to support local promising talent.
