After a challenging launch in 2017, ownership made the challenging decision to remove its existing development partner in 2020 and replace it with Pacific Ventures, an experienced team with a long history of developing some of the greatest communities in the West, and with a reputation for successfully replacing developers of partially master planned communities. Today, an additional 486 lots have been sold, the next phase of development has received its approvals, and the balance of the community is planned and programmed.

Once completed, the 339 acres in Bedford will be comprised of approximately 1,588 residences, 3 recreation centers with varied positioning, parks & gardens linked by pathways, social programming based on wellness, art & connection, artistic touchstones throughout the community, and adjacent land uses including Bedford Marketplace and residential & public golf course.
