The CORONA Chamber of Commerce invites you to join an exclusive delegation for our Annual Capitol Legislative Summit in Washington, D.C. This vital trip connects our business leaders, elected officials, and stakeholders with key policymakers and federal agencies on matters impacting our region, businesses, and economy.

• Friday, September 12 – Departure / travel
• Saturday, September 13 – Optional tours (possible White House tour, waiting for confirmation, may be Tuesday morning)
• Sunday, September 14 – CORONA Chamber’s special dedication and laying of the Wreath at the Tomb of the Unknowns.

  • Late lunch following ceremony – Ebbits Grill (no host)

    • Congressional visits including breakfast with Congressman Ken Calvert, tour of the Capitol, and special meeting in his Rayburn House Office Building (2205)

Travel Logistics & Registration:

Registration through the CORONA Chamber is a fee that is collected to help defray our costs in preparing this trip. All travel, hotel, meals, tours, etc. are to be paid directly by the attendee. There are no refunds for registration fees paid to the CORONA Chamber.
 

Fees for joining the CORONA Chamber on this Washington DC Legislative Summit are due upon registration. These registration fees will enable you to participate in our meetings we schedule. All travel, meals, lodging, tours, gifts, etc. are to be paid by each participant.

CORONA Chamber Members will invest $695 per person. Due to regsitration deadlines, some of the excursions may not be available. 
Non-members will invest $1,095 and be subject to approval from the Chamber to participate. Their payment will be collected at the time of registering, and if declined a full refund will be issued.

Once approved, there are no refunds.

We highly recommend you register soon, and the hotel information and other links for tours will be forwarded to you after we receive your paid registrations.
