We are pleased to announce the initiation of the Stakeholder Liaison Council (SLC) for the I-15 Express Lanes Project. We would like to invite you to attend our kickoff meeting.

The Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) places a high priority on obtaining public input. The SLC is being formed to assist RCTC in collecting feedback on the I-15 Express Lanes Project. The initial meeting will introduce you to the project team, project overview, and give you the opportunity to learn what your role could be as a member of the SLC. This will be the first of several meetings of the Stakeholder Liaison Council.
You have been invited to attend this meeting because of your standing within the community and your interest in the transportation needs of this Corridor. We hope you will consider participating on the committee for the betterment of your constituency and the community as a whole.
