Calling all tech entrepreneurs! Come present your Fast Pitch! The Corona Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce a FAST PITCH Competition as part of Innovation Month. The finalist will be selected to compete for $15,000 in prizes on April 28th at the Riverside County finals. If you would like to pitch, please pre-register here and complete an application. Each fast pitch is judged for the quality of the presentation and its investment potential. There is no cost to enter or to be a spectator. 
 
Who can pitch? Everyone is invited, and if you are interested in pitching, you must abide by the following guidelines:
 

• Your company has raised less than $1 million in funding and not closed a "Series A" round of financing
• There is no solicitation for funding
• Contestants cannot advertise services or products

 
A Fast Pitch presentation is a must have tool that every entrepreneur should know how to eloquently deliver. When you have an opportunity to give a quick snapshot of your venture, you want to leave the person with asking for more information. Whether you are a nascent or seasoned entrepreneur, click on the link and download "How to do a 90 second Fast Pitch." There is a 5-minute time limit for this competition, and all who wish to present must be accepted by application. Only those in the tech industry can compete in the finale competition, but all innovators can enter and win prizes at the regional level.

What can you win? At this regional competition, first prize is $1,000! Additional cash and business-related prizes may be awarded as well. At the finale, first prize is $10,000, and second is $5,000!

 

April 2^nd: Application Deadline (click here to download the application)

April 8^th: Local Fast Pitch Competition at Corona City Hall, 400 S. Vicentia Ave, Corona, 92882 from 3:00 to 5:00pm. In-person attendance is limited to participating businesses (selected through the application process). Live stream will be available for viewing on Facebook via the City of Corona or Corona Chamber of Commerce, and on YouTube via the City of Corona.
