My name is Julie Webb and I am with Foothill Elementary PTA. We are looking for local vendors who want to enrich the learning environment of our school’s children. Our PTA provides numerous academic programs like Accelerated Reading (AR), educational campaigns such as Red Ribbon Week, Family Fun Events, supplemental resources such as playground equipment, and much, much more. And we couldn’t do it without your community partnership.

This November 6^th, we will host a FUNdraiser called “Quartermania”. Quartermania is a blend of an auction (where you hold up a numbered paddle), a raffle (where you are trying to win a prize), and bingo (using a numbered ball) all the while bidding with quarters! The prizes bid on are donated themed baskets from our Foothill Families and other donated items from local vendors.

This is where your generosity can help our FUNdraiser be a successful one and you can have a positive impact in the life of a child.

We are asking your participation by donating a prize with a minimum value of $25.00. This can be in the form of your product, gift cards for your product or service, or cash donation. We are a 503(C)(1) and all donations you share are tax deductible. Our tax ID listing your donation on our letterhead will be provided at the time of your donation. We would like all donations collected by October 1^st, 2014. Your business and donation amount will be published in our monthly school paper which reaches over 800 families!

You are also invited to join us on Quartermania night, November 6^th at Foothill Elementary from 6pm-9pm. Bring your quarters, a $5.00 buy in, and friends and family with you. Last year we had over twenty vendors participate and over fifty-five gift baskets to bid on and win! Quartermania is designed for children as young as Kindergarten age as well as adults. Our gift baskets included toys, books, sports, baby, candles, kitchen, jewelry, food, movies, pets, and more.

I hope you will join us in our effort to provide enjoyable events to the students, resources for the school, and supplemental educational materials.
