Horsetown Parade of Lights and Winter...
Description
The City of Norco’s 7th Annual Horsetown Parade of Lights and Winter Festival will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at 5:00pm. A non-motorized illuminated parade will begin at Sixth Street and Valley View Avenue and continue to the George Ingalls Equestrian Event Center where the exciting Winter Festival will be held. The festival will include live entertainment, food and craft vendors, Snow “Tot Lot”, skating rink, holiday train and photo opportunities with Santa Claus!
