Corona, CALIFORNIA (December 18, 2010) - People looking for a place to throw away their electronic gadgets ---- freely, responsibly, and legally ---- will get an opportunity to do that next weekend.All Green Electronics Recycling partners with Someone Cares Soup Kitchen to hold a FREE Electronics Recycling event on Saturday, December 18th from 9am-4pm to help raise money for hungry families this holiday season. Anyone and everyone is welcome to come down to 2791 Green River Road in Corona to recycle their used, old, broken, and outdated electronic waste.
Someone Cares Soup kitchen feeds over 300 guests per day, 7 days a week. With a growing homeless population, Someone Cares feeds over 58% of these homeless in their community per year. Touched by their efforts, All Green is striving to get the community involved and help them to reach out to as many people as they can for the holidays.
Under recent changes in California law, it is illegal to put out most electronic items with regular trash, and it is mandatory that the items be recycled.
All Green Electronics Recycling, a full service electronics recycler and collector, handles and processes within Orange County ONLY, using our own processing centers and other responsible recycling partner facilities. All Green does NOT send anything to developing nations for processing! This FREE event allows the community of Encinitas to come together, recycle responsibly, AND give back to Someone Cares Soup Kitchen.
Feed hungry families this holiday season by recycling items like computers, televisions, monitors, laptops, wires, stereos, radios, cellular and home telephones, printers and copiers, videocassette recorders, DVD players, camcorders and circuit board.
Worried about identity theft? At every event, All Green offers Certified Data Destruction by the Department of Defense for a small fee.
