The Promenade Shops at Dos Lagos is partnering with Corona Norco Educational Schools Foundation to bring a Fall Festival Carnival to the center, Thursday October 28 - Sunday October 31. There will be fun and games for all ages! Bring the family and enjoy the sidewalk sale, carnival rides, costume contests, and live entertainment .
