Come learn what all the buzz is about! We will be having a full 30 minute workout at 5:00 pm and 1 - 15 minute mini demo of our workouts at 6:15 This will be a great opportunity for you to see why our workouts are so effective. We have 100s of people asking about our limited charter memberships. We will be offering 50 charter memberships which are over 50% off regular rates.
