This month's featured speaker will be: Mary Vasquez
Mary Vasquez is the founder of Miguel's Jr, one of the staple restaurants here in the Inland Empire. Throughout her childhood in Central Mexico, Mary cooked with her mother and grandmother, helping to prepare family meals. She first came to Corona in 1969 with her husband Mike and together they opened up the first Miguel's restaurant in 1973, which immediately turned into a huge success.
Since then, Miguel's Jr. has expanded to over 20 locations throughout Southern California and they continue carrying on Mary's family tradition of delivering the freshest, best tasting California Mexican food each and every day. We invite you all to please come hear her wonderful story.
