Knight, founder and CEO of BEK Impact Company, a leadership and social impact consulting firm that trains and coaches leaders on how to get their teams aligned with the right systems and behaviors that drive greater impact and change for their organization and community.

Second only to His love for Christ is his love for his wife, Sacheen Erica Knight. They are the proud parents of two sons, B.J. (15) and Charles Edward (12), and one daughter, Sydnei Erica (7). It is Barry's desire to live full and die empty; fulfilling everything that God has placed him on earth to do.
