CHOC Walk in the Park
Description
Our goal is to raise awareness in the community and unravel the diseases that affect children. CHOC hospital's mission is to nurture, advance, and protect the health and well-being of children. With your help, you can support Active Realty by donating your time and joining the walk with us with your friends and family, or helping by donating and reaching our goal of $1,500.00, every little bit helps.
