About the Event:
Many small business owners and entrepreneurs run business models with risky operations. Employers, attorneys, and admin personnel should be able to recognize the hazards and limitations of utilizing Independent contractors in their workforce. This live presentation will help dissect the economic trends related to profit and liability when technology moves faster than regulation. We'll discuss in detail how employers can improve profit models and plan for potential repercussions of rapid growth in un-regulated markets. We'll also provide analysis on ways to reduce and defend (or prosecute) as to these potential pitfalls. This is a workshop you do not want to miss!
