Description
Save the Date for the 2nd Annual Chili Cook-off & Craft Beer Festival
Expecting over 25 Chili Cook-off Contestants and Craft Breweries, Corona-Norco Family YMCA and Circle City Rotary invite the community to join in the fun, while raising money for our community. In addition to, Chili & Beer tasting, there will be live music and a special kids’ play area. The event will be held at the Corona-Norco Family YMCA at 1331 River Road in Corona from 11am to 3pm on February 27, 2016.
We are seeking Chili Enthusiasts, to register and participate in the Chili Cook-Off Competition. There are four categories: Texas Red Chili, Mexican Chili Verde, Home-Style Chili (People’s Choice) and Best Restaurant Chili in Town. The rules have been slightly revised to make them easier to understand and the prize money has been increased this year, as we expect more competitors in each category. If you wish to compete, please download an application at www.FireandIceCorona.org or contact Rebecca at the YMCA 951-736-1415. We have a MANDATORY informational meeting and review of the rules prior to the event, date to be announced.
We expect this year to be bigger and better than last year and once again sell out! This is a closed event and tickets must be purchased prior to the event, no entry tickets will be available for purchase at the event.
For more information on sponsorship, competing, or joining in the fun, please visit www.FireandIceCorona.org or contact Rebecca Spiegel at 951 736 1415.
