 Corona Chamber Honored Owners of Midpoint Bearing at Annual Installation and Awards Gala

CORONA, CA - Midpoint Bearing owners Dan and C.C. Vest were recently honored at the Corona Chamber of Commerce annual Installation and Awards Gala on January 15, 2015.

Along with the award, Midpoint Bearing received  recognition and commendations from California State Senator Richard D. Roth, 31st District; United States Congressman Ken Calvert, 42nd District; California State Legislator, Eric Linder, Member of the Assembly 60th District; Riverside County Board of Supervisors, John F. Tavaglione, 2nd District Supervisor, and Mayor Eugene Montanez and the City Council. 

"Dan and C.C. Vest are true examples of philanthropic entrepreneurs," said Bobby Spiegel, City of Corona Chamber CEO/President.

As the owners of Midpoint Bearing, a company that has supplied the industrial industry with bearings and power transmission products since 1985, C.C. and Dan were recognized for their many years in business with a shared vision of commitment to community and civic involvement.

Held at Eagle Glen Golf Club in Corona, the annual Installation and Awards Gala honored outgoing chairman Jerry Wilson and incoming chairman Dean Seif. The awards portion of the evening featured honors for Rising Star (Kathleen Ray), Ambassador of the Year (Joni Billings), Lifetime Achievement (Wayne Keith and Jim Pauly). Business of the Year was presented in three categories: Retail (Luna Modern Mexican Kitchen), Service (Lifetime Vinyl Fence Co.) and Distribution/Manufacturing (Midpoint Bearing).

"We are incredibly honored and humbled by the award," said C.C. Vest. "We take great pride in being involved in the community and giving back."
